With a distinguished career spanning over three decades, I have dedicated my professional life to building high-performance teams through continuous improvement methodologies. My passion lies in serving customers and producing meaningful results. The most rewarding part of my long career has been empowering people to accomplish their goals and develop their talents.

Porterville values propelled me to lead industry at the Regional and National levels. The “Can Do” innovative culture of Porterville resonates today in all of us. I am thankful & grateful to have grown up here and raise my family here in this great community.

Porterville is our home and we are proud of our city. Despite the recent sway towards big city policies, we can refocus on local solutions that work. Every organization needs competent, committed leadership to overcome the challenges we face today.
